Welcome to Revue. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revue platform (“Revue”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, services, and applications provided at revue.cc.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Revue.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Revue. You represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it without proper authorization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Revue for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content you don’t have the right to share
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
- Fees and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We use Polar (polar.sh) to securely process payments. Revue does not store your credit card information.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to any data, statements, or content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. calculating earnings, generating reports).
We do not claim ownership over your royalty statements or contracts.
6. Intellectual Property
Revue and its contents (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute our software or designs without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Revue is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be:
- Error-free or uninterrupted
- Accurate or complete in every detail
You use Revue at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revue shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or data
- Claims related to third-party platforms or data accuracy
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, your data will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The exact state jurisdiction will be updated upon legal establishment.
